About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to lead the charge in building, engaging, and nurturing our community of customers, content creators, and partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct live product demos for customers, addressing their technical queries and showcasing key features.
- Act as the bridge between the company and its customers, providing feedback to internal teams for improvements.

- Write clear and concise technical content, including explainers, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles around the product.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce product-specific videos and courses that resonate with the target audience.
- Represent the brand in live sessions, webinars, and interviews, delivering professional and engaging presentations.
- Foster relationships within the community to promote collaboration, feedback sharing, and brand loyalty.
- Develop strategies to engage users across various platforms, including social media, forums, and partner channels.
- Participate in online discussions and forums to help advocate for Cloudways services, engage and answer questions from users.
- Work with marketing teams to leverage affiliate marketing, organic strategies, and content marketing channels to grow community reach and product awareness.
- Assist in identifying and engaging with key influencers, affiliates, and partners within the industry.
- Proven experience in community relations management, technical content creation, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Confident on-camera presence for live sessions, webinars, and interviews.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to create engaging technical content.
- Familiarity with marketing channels such as affiliate marketing, organic marketing, and content marketing.
- Competent social media user, comfortable engaging with communities across online forums such as Reddit, Discord, Quora, etc.
- Experience working with content creators to develop video tutorials, courses, or related media.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce, PHP/Laravel and web development frameworks along with web hosting and SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with tools and platforms used for webinars, video creation, and community engagement.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to building community engagement.
