Your Responsibilities:

  1. AI Architecture: Design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML architectures for NLP and moderation that meet the highest standards of performance and security.
  2. Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing remote engineering team that shares your passion for innovation and excellence.
  3. Infrastructure Optimization: Ensure the optimal performance and security of our infrastructure to support the growth of our platform.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to align technical development with business goals and objectives.
  5. Staying Ahead: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including LLMs and reinforcement learning, to ensure our platform remains competitive.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards to maintain trust with our users and partners.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in AI-driven startups, preferably as a Tech Founder, CTO, or Lead Engineer.
  • Expertise in NLP and cloud architecture.
  • Proven experience in full-stack development.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu for effective communication.
