Senior Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our team in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales management.

About the Role:

  1. Lead the sales team by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  2. Develop effective strategies to understand client needs and requirements, ensuring the team is well-equipped to market accordingly.
  3. Foster a high-performing sales culture by providing leadership, maintaining a motivated, and productive sales team.
  4. Proactively identify evolving client needs and opportunities for additional business through regular follow-up.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  6. Establish and communicate clear sales goals, provide necessary training, and ensure effective sales operations to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field, including FMCG, Construction, Manufacturing, and Automobile Industries.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Proven ability to train and motivate personnel to balance sales team strength with profitability and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
