Job Title: Digital Marketing Leader

The Vice President, Digital Marketing role is pivotal in driving digital marketing strategies. This position will lead a dynamic team and collaborate closely with various departments to develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive business growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with digital platforms, influencers, and industry stakeholders to expand reach and visibility.
  • Create compelling digital content that resonates with target audience and drives engagement.
  • Manage and optimize website and social media channels to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in real estate industry is a plus.
