Job Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Call Center team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities of this role include:
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone
* Providing product information and clarifying customer doubts
* Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives and supporting each other in meeting performance targets
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Fluency in English for effective communication with customers
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex customer complaints
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and systems

Working Conditions:
* Saturday and Sunday off
* 1 tea break of 15 minutes and 1 hour lunch break
* Job timing: 2pm-10pm (Male) and 2pm-9pm (Female)
