Business Modelling and Valuation Expert

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead valuation and business modelling initiatives. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for leading and participating in valuation and financial analyses.

About the Role:
  • Lead and participate in valuation and financial analyses, applying valuation theories and approaches.
  • Develop sophisticated valuation models and prepare comprehensive reports for various matters.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships, expanding and strengthening existing connections through strategic business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather relevant supporting information and analyze market research data.
  • Contribute to the formulation of valuation approaches and develop business models.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports for various purposes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or related disciplines (CFA qualification considered an asset).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performing valuations in a consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of cultivating and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong computer and financial modelling skills.
