
Account Director for Key Enterprise Clients

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to manage our key enterprise clients.
About the RoleThis is a leadership opportunity to drive growth and expansion within a select book of business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling software solutions, navigating complex organizational structures, and building lasting executive relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients to understand their operational and strategic challenges.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to align our offerings with customer goals.
- Present comprehensive product demos and proposals to customers with complex decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the contract renewal process and implement advanced retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize revenue growth.
- Troubleshoot issues promptly, identifying the best course of action to meet both customer success and business objectives.
- Drive strategic account planning to achieve and exceed higher-value revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree and/or extensive experience working with US-based B2B customers.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, particularly in managing larger accounts with a smaller book of business.
- Proven software sales experience and familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
- Demonstrated skill in complex deal management, from discovery and demonstration to negotiation and closing.
- In-depth experience driving contract renewals and revenue retention within mid-market or enterprise customer segments.
- Leadership capability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
