Our organization seeks a seasoned Marketing and Advertising Specialist to spearhead the development of our advertising strategy from a business, sales, and technical standpoint. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and managing discussions with sponsors and agencies, negotiating agreements with external representatives, and overseeing the creation of sales materials.

This role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  2. Manage Sales Teams: Supervise and direct the work of sales teams to achieve targets and meet customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with External Partners: Build strong relationships with sponsors, agencies, and external representatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
  • At Least 7 Years of Experience: At least 7 years of experience in marketing or a related field is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
