Job Description:

The Accounts Specialist will perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable and payable data. They will maintain accurate financial records by monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performing financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  3. Preparing financial statements and reports for management.
  4. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  5. Supporting internal and external audit processes.
  6. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Proven work experience as an Accounts Specialist or similar role in the automotive industry is required.

Accounting Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential.

Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software and MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently and in a team environment, strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
