Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to oversee medical case management, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Coordinate the entire process of managing medical cases from initiation to completion.
  • Hospital Visits: Conduct regular site visits to hospitals to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
  • Entry of Case Notes: Document all relevant information into the system for easy reference and analysis.
  • Hotline Approval: Handle initial approvals on the hotline for medical cases, verifying that all necessary information is obtained before approving or rejecting a case.
  • Hospital and Client Queries: Resolve any queries or issues raised by hospitals or clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Medical Team Support: Provide assistance to the Medical Team in the head office to ensure that all cases are processed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: A qualified MBBS doctor with excellent knowledge of medical practices and procedures.
  • Negotiation Skills: Possess good negotiation skills to secure favorable rates from hospitals and negotiate claims resolutions.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with hospitals, clients, and colleagues.
  • Decision-Making Skills: Demonstrate good decision-making skills to make informed decisions regarding case approvals and rejections.
