Job Title: Cloud Engineering Expert

As a Cloud Engineering Expert, you will collaborate with developers, system operators, and engineers to manage code releases, bridging gaps between development, testing, and operations, while maintaining existing networks.

Help us shape the future of communication by:

  • Setting up and enhancing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
  • Configuring products to meet functional and technical requirements, including interfaces, maps, web services, and protocols.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues affecting infrastructure and systems.
  • Ensuring high availability of our products and platforms, 24/7.
  • Automating operations through scripting across environments.
  • Participating in on-call rotations.
  • Maintaining server configurations, monitoring, and documentation in cloud environments like AWS and Azure.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of recent experience in a Professional Services/Enterprise DevOps role.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code, container orchestration, configuration management, Python, Elastic Stack, CI/CD tools, and network protocols.
  • Ability to work closely with offshore teams daily.
