Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Local Search Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing the online presence of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across major platforms.

Your primary goal will be to improve local search rankings through tailored strategies and effective implementation. You will work closely with our team leads to guide fulfillment efforts and maximize client visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Local SEO Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to enhance SMB visibility on Google My Business (GMB) and Apple Maps.
  • Google My Business Management: Create and manage GMB Organization accounts, reinstate suspended or removed listings effectively, and produce regular content to engage users and boost visibility.
  • Apple Maps Management: Create, claim, and manage Apple Maps listings, optimize them to improve search rankings and visibility.
  • Business Citations: Add and manage business citations across various platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate Name, Address, Phone (NAP) information across all listings and understand its critical importance for local search success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Local SEO, specifically managing GMB and Apple Maps.
  • Good English writing skills for post-content creation.
  • Proven ability to create and manage Google My Business Organization accounts.
  • Experience reinstating suspended or removed GMB listings.
  • Hands-on experience in posting on GMB listings to engage users.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing Apple Maps listings.
  • Strong understanding of NAP consistency and its impact on local search rankings.
  • Ability to add and manage business citations across various platforms to enhance local visibility.
