About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Teradata Group. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement process improvements to drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives.
  3. Provide project management leadership and drive process changes for large-scale initiatives.
  4. Define and measure key metrics/KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency.
  5. Develop and maintain process definition and work with enablement to drive adoption in the field.
  6. Support development of communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure process adherence.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA. You should also have 3+ years of experience in revenue growth, ideally in a top 5 consulting firm or a Fortune 500 company.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate insights clearly.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Previous Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
