Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Recooty's business objectives.
• Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets and expand our presence in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Recooty remains a market leader.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.

What We Look For:
• 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the retail, banking, or e-commerce landscape.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
