About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Hardware Sales Executive to join our team at HR Ways. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet targets.

You will identify and qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and collaborate with technical teams to design solutions. Presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring satisfaction are also essential responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of successful experience.
  • Basic understanding of hardware products/brands including clients, servers, storage, media degaussers, and CCTV solutions from industry leaders such as Hikvision, Dell, Huawei, Lenovo, H3C, Pro devices, and others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
