ERP Transformation Specialist

A senior-level ERP specialist is required to spearhead the implementation of Odoo across multiple businesses. This role encompasses key Odoo modules, including Manufacturing, HR, Finance, CRM, Payroll, Fleet Management, POS, and more.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage technology for smarter ERP solutions and collaborate with a dynamic team towards becoming an Odoo implementation partner in 2025.

We are seeking candidates who possess hands-on expertise in Odoo configuration, workflows, and reporting, as well as experience with ERP migrations from other systems. Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools such as ChatGPT and process automation software is also appreciated.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement & configure Odoo across multiple businesses.
  • Manage multi-company setups, ensuring smooth operations and reporting.
  • Lead ERP migrations from QuickBooks, SAP, and other systems.
  • Perform basic customizations using Odoo Studio (technical team available for complex cases).
  • Provide user training & process automation recommendations.
  • Work with developers for API integrations & advanced customizations.
  • Assist in Odoo customer projects after internal deployment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Odoo Functional Implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise in Odoo configuration, workflows, and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP migrations (Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of Odoo Studio & data migration tools (Python is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and training skills.
  • Full-time availability in Karachi (No freelancing allowed).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
