Care Taker Manager

As a Care Taker Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our residential facilities. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with residents on a regular basis.

  • All occupancies across different blocks of the facility will fall under your purview. You will need to maintain accurate records and stay organized to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Effective communication is crucial in this position. You will report and communicate all necessary information to senior management, helping inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • This role also involves handling tenant affairs and coordinating with property owners to address any issues that may arise.
