Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to take on the role of Team Lead Developer.

  1. Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure project success and team growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features following best practices and coding standards.
  3. Develop and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable Laravel applications, modules, and APIs.
  4. Manage the deployment process using CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and other relevant technologies to ensure smooth and consistent deployments.
  5. Utilize AWS services such as S3, EC2, and SES to enhance application functionality, reliability, and performance.
  6. Create and manage email templates using technologies like AWS SES to facilitate effective communication with users.
  7. Coordinate with designers to implement and optimize front-end designs, ensuring responsive and visually appealing user experiences.
  8. Implement and integrate content management systems (CMS) to empower non-technical users to manage website content efficiently.
  9. Integrate and manage various payment systems to enable seamless and secure online transactions.
  10. Collaborate with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  11. Utilize Jira and Zendesk Ticketing System for project tracking, issue resolution, and efficient communication within the team.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to maintain application stability.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the team's skills and project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing efficient CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Deploying applications to production environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Developing high-quality, well-documented code that meets company standards.
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebase to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Providing regular code reviews and feedback to team members.
  • Participating in planning and estimation processes to prioritize tasks and set realistic deadlines.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and project managers.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to optimize workflows and processes.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Laravel development.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Docker and automated deployment strategies.
  • Proficiency in AWS services, including S3, EC2, and SES.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • AWS certifications and other relevant technical certifications.
  • Experience with Jira and Zendesk Ticketing System.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
