Job Description

Our mission is to deliver innovative products that empower users in the Web3 ecosystem. We are expanding our team and looking for an Engineering Team Lead to head our DeFi Dapp development efforts, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality applications.

The Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for leading a full-stack engineering team to develop DeFi Dapps that push the boundaries of web3 and decentralized technologies. This individual will be hands-on, driving technical excellence while ensuring alignment between the engineering team and product management to achieve strategic business objectives.

You will take ownership of the entire development process, from planning and design to deployment and scaling.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in software engineering focusing on DeFi Dapp, mobile app or Web applications.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams to deliver successful products.
  • Strong experience with web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized applications.
  • Hands-on expertise with programming languages such as Node.JS, TypeScript, or Python and frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile-first development practices, third-party integrations, and API usage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead architectural discussions and technical design reviews.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience building and scaling decentralized applications or working in the web3 ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with scaling teams and systems in a fast-growing tech environment.
