Operations and Content Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our operational and creative teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with suppliers and production teams, and handling basic administrative tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Order tracking and fulfillment
  • Inventory management
  • Supplier coordination
  • Administrative tasks

Content Creation and Management

  • Assist in planning and scheduling social media content
  • Help capture product photos and videos
  • Organize and archive brand content
  • Draft captions and contribute to brand storytelling

Other Duties as Needed

  • Support at pop-ups, exhibitions, and events
  • Contribute to packaging and quality checks
  • Research trends and inspiration
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms
  • Photography and video editing skills a plus
