Ishq-e-Amore is a slow fashion label born out of love for fabric, craftsmanship, and conscious living. We create timeless pieces made in Lahore with a deep respect for artisanship, sustainability, and ethical practices.

Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and reliable Operations & Content Assistant to support both the operational and creative sides of Ishq-e-Amore. From tracking orders and managing inventory to assisting with content creation and social media, this role is at the heart of keeping our brand running smoothly and beautifully.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring smooth fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and flag low stock.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, artisans, and production teams.
  • Run errands (deliveries, pickups, packaging materials).
  • Handle basic admin tasks (expense tracking, spreadsheets).

Content Creation & Management

  • Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Help capture product photos and videos (phone or DSLR experience a plus).
  • Organize and archive brand content (photos, reels, campaign assets).
  • Draft simple captions, product descriptions, and contribute to brand storytelling.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and engage with the community (with brand guidance).

Other Duties (as needed)

  • Assist at pop-ups, exhibitions, and brand events.
  • Support with packaging, quality checks, and dispatch prep.
  • Research trends, suppliers, and inspiration aligned with Ishq-e-Amore's aesthetic.
  • Maintain an organized studio/workspace (samples, fabrics, inventory).
  • Provide general personal assistance to the founder (scheduling, calls, follow-ups).
  • Jump in on ad-hoc projects as the brand grows — from mood boards to market runs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Highly organized, proactive, and reliable.
  • Comfortable balancing both admin and creative tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Urdu.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
  • Photography/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe apps) is a 
    big plus
    .
  • Lahore-based (must be able to run errands and attend shoots).
  • Prior experience in retail, fashion, or social media management preferred.
