About the Role

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company's overall success. You will work closely with some of the best and brightest high-tech talents to create a truly amazing team and enjoy a competitive compensation and equity package.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Lead and develop a team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Deliver against team revenue goals and assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles.
  • Partner with sales leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales process.
  • Understand the challenges facing the team and clear the way to allow for success.
  • Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams.
  • 2+ years of experience managing an enterprise sales team.
  • A successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in enterprise sales.
  • Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think.
  • Previous experience selling into sales leadership (C and VP level).
