Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned procurement manager to oversee the complete request for proposal, bidding, and procurement process for products and services. The ideal candidate will ensure transparency and compliance at every stage, conducting detailed evaluations of technical and commercial proposals in line with predefined criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comparative statements of requests for quotes, including detailed price benchmarking.
  • Secure necessary approvals and create purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update project status reports, open purchase order reports, and procurement cycle reports.
  • Perform financial evaluations of submitted bids against price benchmarks.
  • Create requests for quotes, comparative statements, and related attachments.
  • Generate and analyze system reports on purchase orders using the MM module.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional degree in business administration, finance, or supply chain management from a recognized institute.
