Senior Engineering Leadership Role

As a seasoned senior engineer, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions in our dynamic tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement robust software applications and systems.
  • Architect high-quality, secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Research emerging technologies and propose new tools and practices to improve the development process.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in strategic planning and provide input on technology direction and product development roadmaps.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  2. 10+ years of software development experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  3. Expertise in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  4. Strong experience in software architecture, design patterns, and microservices-based development.
  5. Proficiency in database design and optimization, including both SQL and NoSQL solutions.
  6. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps practices.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
