Inbound Customer Service Representative

Our organization is seeking a professional to handle inbound calls with integrity and adhere to defined processes.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers through phone calls, providing exceptional service while maintaining respect and required on-call customer handling ethics.
- Offer accurate and precise information regarding banking products, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Accurately process financial transactions, safeguarding customer and bank interests.
- Respond to inquiries, investigate complaints, and provide resolutions in accordance with the complaint handling unit or business.
- Perform account maintenance and activations with diligence and attention to detail.
- Ensure strong follow-up on customer queries, fostering a positive relationship.
- Meet performance criteria set by the call center.
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings, as well as training sessions conducted by the line manager or training team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic workplace.
