Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with customers through phone calls, providing exceptional service while maintaining respect and required on-call customer handling ethics.
  2. Offer accurate and precise information regarding banking products, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  3. Accurately process financial transactions, safeguarding customer and bank interests.
  4. Respond to inquiries, investigate complaints, and provide resolutions in accordance with the complaint handling unit or business.
  5. Perform account maintenance and activations with diligence and attention to detail.
  6. Ensure strong follow-up on customer queries, fostering a positive relationship.
  7. Meet performance criteria set by the call center.
  8. Participate in weekly and monthly meetings, as well as training sessions conducted by the line manager or training team.
