Manual Game Tester Job

\

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Manual Game Tester with strong documentation skills to join our QA team.

\

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in testing games manually across various platforms and a proven ability to create clear, structured test and pre-production documentation.

\

You will work closely with game developers, project managers to ensure game stability, usability, and an exceptional player experience.

  • Plan, execute, and maintain manual test cases across multiple game builds and platforms (WebGL, Mobile, PC)\
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)\
  • Write comprehensive test plans, test cases, checklists, regression test matrices, and Feature specification documents, user stories and use case documents\
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to understand features and define edge cases and critical gameplay scenarios\
  • Test for gameplay balance, usability, accessibility, localization, UI/UX issues, and performance optimization\
  • Assist in scope clarification and risk assessment during pre production, feature design and sprint planning\
  • Validate fixes and verify regression coverage in updated builds\
  • Participate in playtests and provide qualitative gameplay feedback\
  • Maintain detailed QA documentation and reports for internal stakeholders and audits\
