Business Coordination Manager

The Product Officer plays a crucial role in supporting product operations, business coordination, and documentation. This position requires an individual who can manage documentation, coordinate between departments, and assist in product-related tasks to ensure smooth execution. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate eager to learn and grow within a fintech environment.

Main Tasks:
  • Create and maintain product documentation, business workflows, user guides, and training material.
  • Assist in developing and documenting business requirements for product features.
  • Support internal coordination between the product, operations, compliance, and finance teams.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Track and maintain product performance reports and operational insights.

Key Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle and documentation processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to conduct basic market and competitor research.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear and concise product documentation, user guides, and reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and coordinating across departments.
