HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant/Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing performance evaluations, training new employees, and assisting managers with salary decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and development opportunities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills of new employees
- Collaborate with department heads to develop training programs tailored to their specific needs
- Analyze data to inform salary decisions and ensure fair compensation practices
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to employee inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, including complaints and grievances
- Foster a positive work environment by developing and implementing morale-boosting initiatives
- Negotiate with unions and other labor organizations to resolve conflicts and promote harmonious working relationships
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Executive, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and analytics
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
