A seasoned Full Stack developer with expertise in .NET and AWS is required to drive the development of scalable web applications and ensure performance, security, and maintainability.

  • Develop and implement highly scalable, maintainable, and secure systems across the organization.
  • Drive the technical roadmap and align architectural decisions with both business strategy and client needs, serving as a key technical advisor.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Embody a consulting mindset, advising clients on innovative, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth across teams, and maintaining a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Lead the recruitment process, identifying and selecting top technical talent for the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelors/Master's degree in CS/Software Engineering or related discipline
  • 5-7 years of expertise in developing n-tier applications
  • Experience in .Net along with ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, front end frameworks (ANY) and Kafka & Kubernetes skills valuable.
  • 3-4 years of expertise in AWS
  • Excellent programming and analytical skills with knowledge of design patterns
  • Strong Object-oriented design and understanding of system architecture
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Knowledge on AI is preferred
