Solution Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our sales teams and customers throughout the pre-sales process.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on our solutions.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality technical presentations that position our products as the best solution for our customers.

  • Collaborate with our product management team to gather feedback on our current solutions and contribute to the development of new features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and be able to articulate their value proposition to customers.

  • Attend meetings with prospects and clients to determine technical and business requirements.

  • Provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in a pre-sales role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.

  • Superb presentation skills, well-organized, and excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
