Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our training team. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Material Preparation
  • Assist trainers in preparing training materials, including slides, manuals, and other teaching resources.
  • Event Coordination
  • Arrange and coordinate details of training courses, such as training venues, schedules, and equipment preparation.
  • Student Support
  • Maintain student rosters, process registration and attendance records, and ensure that students arrive on time for training.
  • Trainer Assistance
  • Provide support to trainers during training, such as helping to prepare presentation materials, distribute materials, and manage interactive sessions.
  • Ongoing Tasks
  • Assist with other daily operations of the training team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training Management, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in training or administrative support preferred.
  • Skills Required:
    Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
    Good communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with trainers and students.
  • Personal Qualities:
    Careful and detail-oriented, able to ensure the smooth running of training activities.
    Team player, able to support the team when needed.
    Flexible and able to handle unexpected issues that arise during training.
