Senior People Operations Specialist

We are looking for a strategic and skilled HR professional to lead employee management processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Implement attendance policies and maintain accurate records.
  2. Process employee exits and settlements in accordance with company policy.
  3. Communicate HR policies and procedures to staff members.
  4. Prepare and submit relevant HR documents as needed.
  5. Maintain up-to-date records of employee compensation, benefits, and other perks.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills.
  7. Manage salary payments, bonuses, increments, and leave encashments in a timely manner.
  8. Resolve employee grievances and concerns professionally.
  9. Foster a positive work environment by engaging with employees regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Prior experience is desirable but not necessary.
