We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer skincare brand always on the move, looking for a dynamic Talent & People Manager to lead our team's growth and structure.

About the Job
  • This role is not just about hiring; you will be responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, documentation, and supporting seamless team operations in a global environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Hiring Process: Develop and implement an end-to-end hiring process that integrates new hires efficiently. Source, screen, interview, and onboard talent to drive business growth.
  2. Onboarding: Design and manage comprehensive onboarding processes that integrate new hires quickly and effectively.
  3. Documentation & Knowledge Systems: Maintain and organize internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge systems to ensure transparency and collaboration.
  4. Team Coordination & Communication: Support managers with team coordination, scheduling, and communication workflows to foster a cohesive remote international team.
  5. Employee Engagement & Performance: Contribute to employee engagement and performance processes to build a strong team culture.
You Bring:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hiring, HR, or people operations.
  • A background in direct response eCommerce or fast-paced online businesses is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage remote international teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills (Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Experience building and managing onboarding systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • A proactive structured approach – you bring clarity and organization to fast-moving environments.
