Appliance Production Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager with strong mechanical background to lead the production of geysers and other kitchen appliances.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise the assembly, testing, and quality control of geysers, kitchen hoods, hobs, and other appliances.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to workers and technicians.
- Coordinate with the production manager to plan daily and weekly targets.
- Ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and tools.
- Maintain accurate production reports, material usage, and defect logs.
- Degree in Mechanical Technology (DAE – Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in appliance manufacturing / mechanical production.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, quality checks, and safety procedures.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a technical workforce.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
