Customer Support Manager Lead

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Manager to lead our customer support teams in resolving service-related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively, and a strong understanding of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for leading customer support teams in resolving service-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develops and implements processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve product complaints, returns, and warranty claims.
- Manages communication with customers, responding to concerns and providing accurate information.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the Home Appliances or Electronics industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
