Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant

Location:

Lahore, Pakistan (Hybrid)

Work Hours:

6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (Monday to Friday)

Duration:

Full-time (8 hours/day)

About the Role:

This is a client-facing role requiring frequent interaction with Director and VP-level stakeholders from global enterprises. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to drive workshops independently are essential.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in the implementation and optimization of the Supply Chain modules of D365 F&O, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead functional workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into D365 F&O solutions.
  • Configure and implement SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, Product Information, Production, and Warehouse Management.
  • Liaise directly with client stakeholders (including VP/C-suite) to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Write Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and work closely with the technical team for customizations.
  • Conduct testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Identify gaps and provide improvement recommendations for business processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations focused on SCM.
  • Deep expertise in one or more SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information, Warehouse, Production.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working with international clients, especially in North America or Europe.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with overlapping US/EU business hours.
Preferred:
  • Microsoft Certifications in D365 F&O.
  • Experience with integration to third-party logistics (3PL), EDI, or Power Platform.
  • Exposure to agile delivery methodologies.
