ERP Solutions Expert

Job Overview:

We seek an experienced ERP solutions expert to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, from initial assessment to post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of finance, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing modules and extensive experience in ERP consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ERP Implementation & Consulting: Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Fit-Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough fit-gap analysis to ensure system alignment with business processes and optimize configurations.
  • User Training & Support: Provide comprehensive user training and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Industry Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards.
Customer Engagement & Solution Advocacy:
  • Trusted Advisor: Foster strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, ensuring positive feedback and high satisfaction rates.
  • Solution Recommendation: Understand clients' business processes and recommend optimizations using Microsoft D365 F&O.
  • Best Practices Advocacy: Act as a strong advocate for adherence to best practices and standards, supporting clients in ERP adoption.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with functional teams, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and assistance to junior consultants while sharing best practices and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, supply chain, or business administration.
  • Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification.
  • Professional Qualification: ACCA certification is preferred.
Experience:
  • ERP Consulting Experience: 3-4 years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 2 full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
  • Module Expertise: Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing modules.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Functional & ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (finance, supply chain, procurement).
  • Soft Skills & Leadership: Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
