Administrative Operations Manager

At HBL Asset Management Limited, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the efficient management of our administrative activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operational activities are carried out in a timely and effective manner. Key responsibilities include maintaining certified vendors, negotiating material costs, preparing supplier reimbursement memorandums, and handling daily complaints.
We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of vendor quality management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain certified vendors by establishing and enforcing standards.
- Negotiate material costs to maintain competitive pricing.
- Prepare supplier reimbursement memorandums for payments.
- Handle daily complaints from different departments and centers.
Required Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and technical skills.
- Good team player with result-oriented approach.
Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any HEC recognized university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
