Job Title: Data Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development, integration, and support of AI-driven product discovery and search solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the onboarding and enablement of new & existing customers by integrating data through multiple data sources within Product discovery solutions (SFTP, API, etc).
  • Validate, map and merge data sets from customers.
  • Seamlessly interact with product, support, and development teams as needed to accomplish daily activities.
  • Support the creation of reporting based on data requirements of the customer.
  • Develop documentation based on as-is and future state of customer implementations.
  • Identify risks and potential blockers within projects and proactively mitigate.
  • Demonstrate a high level of competency in the Product discovery platform and continually stay up to date with industry trends, and latest features and functionality.
  • Consult with business stakeholders (Internal & External) as a subject matter expert for data ingressions.
  • Deliver a compelling customer experience while guiding customers/internally to an in-the-box solution within the platform.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices. Experience with data integration, validation, and reporting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in the Product discovery platform.
