Responsibilities:
  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy.
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  3. Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish.
  4. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure satisfaction.
