We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position.

In this role, you will:

  1. Translate organizational objectives relevant to your services and define Service Level Objectives (SLOs), such as reducing incidents, improving service availability, and maintaining/improving SLAs.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and agree on SLAs for upstream and downstream systems.
  3. Ensure all services comply with IT risk controls, including identity access management, change management, release, and incident management.
  4. Manage incident triage calls and make informed decisions for service recovery.
  5. Develop and implement service improvement plans, estimate costs, and secure necessary funding through business agreements.
  6. Work closely with vendors to define success criteria for service improvements and execute outcome-based contracts.
  7. Define requirements for observability dashboards according to industry standards.
  8. Review hardware and software upgrade requirements and plan for remediation.
  9. Establish and improve release checklists for all changes going into production.
  10. Ensure service sustainability by periodically assessing capacity requirements and obtaining necessary funding.
  11. Develop strategies to proactively identify and automate the removal of inactive roles, users, processes, and data.
  12. Build, maintain, and upgrade CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated deployments.
  13. Monitor compliance, automation usage, budget variances, and provide governance around exposure and solutions design.
  14. Create Service Level Indicator (SLI) reports for senior stakeholder forums.
  15. Regularly meet with business owners to review services and discuss improvements.
  16. Lead support teams, including permanent staff and contractors.
