
Financial Manager and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to fill a role that encompasses both financial management and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, ledgers, and reconciliations. They will also assist in preparing financial reports, VAT/tax filings, and compliance documents, as well as handle petty cash, expense reimbursements, and invoice processing.
In addition to these tasks, the successful applicant will coordinate with auditors and external accountants when required, monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely settlements, and oversee office supplies to maintain a smooth workflow.
This position requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to handle confidential information with integrity and work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in accounting, administration, or executive assistance.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
