About This Opportunity

We are seeking a recent graduate who is passionate about working in the tech industry and eager to learn and develop new skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business intelligence and analytical tools, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description

This role involves reviewing and validating client data, communicating with our sales team, compiling and analyzing sales data, and assisting in the development of policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to find ways to constantly evolve in sales, innovate and improve, and reach and exceed individual and team quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate client data on a needs basis using a criteria map;
  • Communicate and interact with our sales team on a daily basis to ensure the quality of work;
  • Compile and analyze data of company sales and profitability;
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data;
  • Evaluate sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve performance;
  • Find ways to constantly evolve in sales with the support of your Manager, innovating and improving in order to reach and exceed individual and team quota.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of sales experience;
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytical tools;
  • Solid understanding of lead generation procedures, methods, evaluation criteria and resource planning;
  • Experience in Sales and the passion and desire to be successful at software sales;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques;
  • Knowledge or experience of software terminology for software sales is a plus.
