About The Role

This is a one-year, fully remote Graduate Takeoff Program open to recent graduates worldwide. It offers practical training, skill development, and hands-on experience in the tech industry, with the potential for full-time employment at InEvent upon completion. The program runs 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients via chat, email, and calls with enthusiasm and active listening.
  • Achieve KPIs related to response time, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer issues, investigate queries, and report improvements.
  • Continuously learn about platform updates and features.
  • Collaborate with the team to test and improve platform performance.
  • Become a subject matter expert on InEvent's product.
Pre-requisites
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech companies.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Flexibility to serve multicultural customers.
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 3am-11am Eastern Time.
  • Resilience and eagerness to learn in a startup environment.
