About The RoleThis is a one-year, fully remote Graduate Takeoff Program open to recent graduates worldwide. It offers practical training, skill development, and hands-on experience in the tech industry, with the potential for full-time employment at InEvent upon completion. The program runs 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Support clients via chat, email, and calls with enthusiasm and active listening.
- Achieve KPIs related to response time, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer issues, investigate queries, and report improvements.
- Continuously learn about platform updates and features.
- Collaborate with the team to test and improve platform performance.
- Become a subject matter expert on InEvent's product.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
- Experience in SaaS or tech companies.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy.
- Flexibility to serve multicultural customers.
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 3am-11am Eastern Time.
- Resilience and eagerness to learn in a startup environment.
