Leadership and Technical Expertise

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical team lead to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and proven leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software developers, overseeing project implementation, and ensuring that all technical aspects of the projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring and Training: Responsible for hiring and training new team members, including interns and junior developers.
  • Project Management: Oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
  • Technical Guidance: Provides technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifies and resolves technical issues that arise during project implementation.
  • Communication: Acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Performance Management: Conducts regular performance evaluations and provides feedback to team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with web development frameworks such as Laravel and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services, including S3, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, Elasti-Cache, EC2, Lambda, and Kinesis Analytics.
  • Proficient in source control systems such as Git, SVN, TFS, Visual Source Safe, Stash, GitHub, and BitBucket.
