We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Atlassian Cloud Consultant to support, maintain and extend our organization's Atlassian Cloud application suite. This role is ideal for an expert who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and a passion for enabling others to succeed in collaborative environments.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for administration duties including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting issues promptly. You will also contribute to solution development, mentor junior colleagues, deliver client demos, and drive innovative use of Atlassian tools across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administration & Support: Manage configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket). Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
  2. Customization & Optimization: Design and optimize Jira workflows, custom fields, schemes, permissions, screens, and automation rules. Administer and optimize the usage of Jira Marketplace apps and add-ons.
  3. Integration & Development: Develop and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and internal toolchains. Support automation of manual processes through scripting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of direct experience in administering Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  • Technical Certifications (Highly Preferred): Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) in Jira Administration, Jira Service Management or Confluence.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
