Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Cloud expert to join our team. As an HCM Cloud consultant, you will be responsible for delivering strategic leadership and expert guidance in the implementation, customization, and optimization of HCM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for HCM Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, industry trends, and solution design principles related to HCM Cloud.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and define strategic HCM initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their HCM transformation journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Deep expertise in HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Performance Management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist, Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant) preferred.
