Job Overview

This role involves leading a team of software engineers and test engineers in the development and testing of complex Windows-based and Web-based scientific and business application software projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Led a team through the development and/or testing of complex software projects.
  • Developed project documentation, specifications, and test plans to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensured all aspects of Quality System requirements for production level software were implemented.
  • Collaborated with software and test engineers throughout the software development life-cycle.
  • Worked closely with hardware, firmware & production engineering teams.
  • Developed software development plans that meet future client needs.
  • Conducted daily meetings to ensure team progress and goals alignment.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific field, with 4-5 years of experience in software development.
  2. Strong understanding of the software development life-cycle, design control, and integration with QA test planning and execution.
  3. Excellent communication, writing, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Able to work within an interdisciplinary team.
  5. Solid background in managing large-scale software projects.
  6. Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices.
  7. Ability to dive into software environments and technical issues.
