Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our software development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution:
  1. The candidate must have executed data and AI implementation projects.
  2. Develop project plans including schedules, resource allocation and task assignments.
  3. Monitor project progress track milestones and manage any deviations from the project plan.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
  1. Supervise and guide project teams fostering a collaborative and high performing work environment.
  2. Conduct regular team meetings providing direction and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a must.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry.
  3. Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  5. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
