Academic Leadership Opportunity

The position of Head of IGCSE demands a visionary leader who can spearhead academic excellence in a prestigious educational institution. As the chief academic officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IGCSE program, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration among faculty members, and driving strategic planning to achieve exceptional academic results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years of independent leadership experience at an IGCSE school or campus with complete operational and academic responsibility.
  • IGCSE expertise: Demonstrated experience of working in reputable IGCSE schools, comprehensive knowledge of the IGCSE academic calendar, internal assessments, exam registration, mock exams, coursework requirements, and critical deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete academic cycle for outgoing IGCSE batches, including preparation for Cambridge exams, managing student academic interventions, and maintaining strong engagement with parents and faculty.
  • Strategic & Operational Skills:
  • Comfortable with strategic planning, stakeholder reporting at a senior leadership level, leading curriculum planning, conducting teacher performance evaluations, and maintaining high academic standards.
